Yes, our design team loves to design your artwork from scratch! We will create a piece of art that fits your style and space and also help you select your favourite size, type of moss, background finish, and frame. Can I see the collection offline?

What sizes do you offer?
For our collections, we offer two sizes: 70x100 cm and 50x75 cm (excluding the frame, approximately +3cm). Are you looking for a different size? Just let us know; we can customize the size for you.

What can you tell me about the material of the artworks?
We find it important to be transparent about the material we use. Our artworks consist of natural elements: wood and moss. The paint and glue we use are non-toxic, durable and environmentally friendly.

// MOSS

Is the moss alive?
No, studio PLNTY uses preserved moss, which does not need maintenance. It's basically regular moss that's undergone a special process to keep it looking fresh and vibrant for ages. So, you can enjoy the greenery without worrying about watering, sunlight, or whether your thumbs are green enough. Just sit back, relax, and let the moss do its thing - forever and ever.

Do I need to maintain the moss?
No! Because the artwork is created with preserved moss, there is no need to maintain it. We do recommend to keeping the artwork away from direct sunlight and aircon vents.

What are the benefits of moss art?

Does the moss have a smell?
No, the moss does not have a fragrance.

Will the moss colour fade over time?
The colour of our moss artworks will barely fade. A maximum of ten to twenty percent of colour fading should be taken into account. Please make sure that the artwork is not exposed to direct (sun)light and aircon vents.

Do I need to be scared of insects?
No need to worry! Because the moss is not alive and dry, it is an unwelcoming environment for insects.

// INSTALLATION

Do you offer installation services?
Yes, we do offer wall mounting services (fee applicable). We will contact you after your purchase to discuss your needs.

Can I put up the artwork in every location?
The artworks are suitable for indoors spaces with indirect light. It is important to keep the artwork away of direct (sun)light, rain and aircon vents to prevent fading and damage. A maximum humidity level of seventy percent is recommended to preserve the moss in the right condition.

What kind of hanging system do you use?
We use a ready-to-hang artwork with stainless steel wire.

Can you ship to my country?
We deliver our artworks worldwide! When checking out, you can arrange shipment to your country. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Contact us for specific inquiries.

What is your return policy for artworks?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your artwork, please refer to our Exchange & Return policy for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
